    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness, creative wellness approaches, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, discussion and writing.

My practice is creative, embodied, intersectional, mindful and facilitative. I aim to empower people to have an honest, reflective exploration of mental health and creative wellness.

I use sound, art, meditation, discussion, writing, experiential practices and body wisdom as my tools.  My practice has facilitated groups and 1-2-1 sessions with Family Tree and ...cake theatre cast and production teams, Black Girl Fest,  gal-dem, Soho House (London, New York, Amsterdam and Berlin), Ogilvy Roots, Exist Loudly, Milk and Honey Bees, The South Bank Centre, V&A, The Tate Modern and Festival Republik - Kenya to name a few.
